I am a Husband and father of 2 residing in Half Moon Bay, California.
I am passionate about sales, leadership, fitness, surfing, being outside and really just plain old fashioned getting after it.
For sales & leadership connect with me on LinkedIn. I’ve been in enterprise b2b tech sales and leadership for 13 years (all at the same company). I started as an inside sales rep at 21 years old and have had success at every level in our revenue organization. I’m currently the VP of Sales, West. Sales is what has helped me build the foundation for the life that my family and I are blessed to have.
For fitness follow me on Instagram. I share workouts and tips from my daily regiment. I wrestled and played football so I know firsthand how to put on mass as well as how to lean out. I played D2 College Football and have been weight training across multiple disciplines for 20+ years. Fitness is the foundation of everything that I do. Whether it is the daily discipline that enables me to be my best at work or with family it all starts with fitness.
For a mix of everything I’m getting after follow me on twitter. I love connecting with, learning from and sharing insight with likeminded people. If you’re also into that I will follow you back and be pumped to engage with what you’ve got going on.

The Work Comes Before The Belief with Rich Stone
Rich Stone is back with some absolute FIRE on this week’s podcast. You may remember Rich as our 1st ever guest on episode 1, where he spoke about his mantra of “attitude and effort”. This is an ultimate guide for how to have a successful career. We talk about the fundamentals of working hard and having the right attitude and more thoughts like playing the long game, which is something most millennials miss.
The one thing that really stands out about Rich is his confidence. His advice? “The work comes before the belief.” Put another way, confidence comes from doing the work time and time again. You don’t want to miss this one.
***FYI I am being told there’s a gap between minute 2 of the intro and minute 5 where I kick off with Rich. Please fast forward and sorry for the inconvenience!***
